French Cuisine
The French are known for their good taste. I had a laugh when I spoke of military rations a little back. I watched the rations consisted of American dishes like chicken enchiladas and beef jerky. Rations were French a “little more refined, with rabbit pate and salmon is a popular choice.
One of my favorite things about French cuisine is the experience of the meal. The meal is taken as something to savor and enjoy, not only hunger. A good cook chefs go to extremes to ensure that a dish is prepared just, and will not rest until it is.
